As you may have noticed, at WittyBubbles ‘we really like recipes with eggs. We decided to continue our momentum by offering you five small egg preparations on the grill to enjoy your summer! Look :
1) Scrambled eggs in their pepper cloak
On the work plan:
- 3 medium-sized peppers (red, yellow, green), about 9 to 10 cm high
- 6 eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
- 125 g grated cheddar cheese
- 4 c. to c. chopped parsley
In the kitchen!
1.1) Cut the “lid” of the three peppers. Remove the seeds then the white skin. Then put 2 eggs in each pepper. Season with salt, pepper and chopped fresh parsley. Mix the eggs in the pepper with a fork and sprinkle with cheese.
1.2) Put the three “lids” on the peppers and put them on the grill at 180 ° C. After about 20 to 25 minutes, everything is ready.
2) Grilled egg skewers
On the work plan:
- 9 eggs
- 1 C. to c. salt
- 1 C. to c. pepper
- 1 C. to s. parsley
As well :
- 3 picks

2.1) Form a small hole in all the eggs. Then use a skewer and enlarge the hole to place a small paper funnel. It is best to place the eggs in a muffin pan so that they can be easily prepared.
2.2) Form a small funnel with a piece of parchment paper, pass it through the egg holes and carefully fill them with salt and pepper.
2.3) Fold one of the ends of a skewered spike into the egg. Stir vigorously so that the liquid egg mixes with salt and pepper. Place the muffin pan on a baking sheet, pour in water and bake at 175 ° C for 12 minutes, on a rotating heat. Then let the eggs cool briefly.
2.4) Place three eggs per skewer. Repeat with two more skewers. You can now grill them briefly on the grill and the eggs are ready to eat.
3) Grilled eggs in their meat coat
On the work plan:
- 4 eggs
- 400 g minced meat
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- 2 tbsp. to s. BBQ sauce
- 1 C. to s. mustard
- 1 clove of garlic
- 8 slices of bacon
- 4 picks

3.1) Peel the boiled eggs and leave them aside for now. Season the minced meat with salt, pepper and paprika. Then add BBQ sauce, mustard and chopped garlic. Mix everything.
3.2) Now take about 100 g of ground meat per egg and put it around the egg. Wrap 2 slices of bacon around the minced meat and then plant a skewer. Put the skewers on the grill over medium heat for 20 to 25 minutes. Be sure to return the skewers regularly.
4) Steak with egg for a burger
On the work plan:
- 600 g minced meat
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- 4 eggs
For the burger:
- Burger bread
- Lettuce leaf
- Tomato slices
- Cheese
- Slices of cucumber
- Onions

4.1) Season the ground meat and divide it into 4 equal patties. Use a glass bottle to form a hollow, in which you can put the egg later.
4.2) Put the 4 pancakes on the grill and break the 4 eggs in the cavities of the pancakes. Close the grill and cook for about 20 minutes. Then serve the galette in a hamburger, between two slices of burger bread and add the salad, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers and cheese.
5) Egg patties for burger
On the work plan:
- 4 eggs
- 600 g minced meat
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
For the burger:
- Burger bread
- Lettuce leaf
- Tomato slices
- Cheese
- Slices of cucumber
- Onions

5.1) Season ground meat with salt, pepper and paprika and divide into 4 patties. Place the 4 patties on the grill until they are well cooked. Mix 4 eggs and season with salt and pepper. Put the eggs in a pan and prepare a homely omelet. Divide this omelet into 4 even-sized wedges, then drop them individually on the grill.
5.2) At the end, you can then assemble a hamburger according to your tastes. We tried the variant again with salad, sliced tomatoes, cheese, onions and cucumber.
