Suitable vegetables are, for example, lamb’s lettuce, kohlrabi, avocado, lettuce, iceberg lettuce, cucumber. Suitable fruit ingredients are, for example, pears, apples, bananas, various berry varieties, melon.
- 200 ml of cold water
- 150 g of vegetables
- 150 g of fruit
- Put all ingredients coarsely crushed in a blender.
- The water should be cold so that the heat produced during mixing does not overheat the smoothie. In summer, you can also add a few ice cubes.

For the green smoothie soup, follow the recipe described above. Add as well
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 half avocado
- Add herbal salt and pepper to taste.
